James Cameron está apaixonado pelo universo que criou. E não é uma paixoneta de Verão: Pandora cravou-lhe as unhas de tal modo que o homem já não consegue viver sem o planeta longínquo que inventou em Avatar, como um sonhador que não quer senão voltar ao sonho. A diferença é que Cameron pode fazê-lo: tem o dinheiro, a tecnologia, o estatuto que lhe permite dizer a um estúdio “tu vais investir uma pequena fortuna nisto e vais fazer dinheiro à vara larga desde que me deixes fazer aquilo que eu quero fazer.”
