A house and a garden transported by tricycle. Yes, it's true. 'Tricycle House and Garden' is a Chinese People's Architecture Office project presented at the 'Get It Louder' exhibition. According to Designboom, this house which is inexpensive and sustainable is an answer to the overpopulation in China and its objective is to maintain the relationship between nature and the people. But don't be mistaken into thinking that this house is not functional: it has a cooker, sink and a bed which can turn into a bench, table, or counter. Now, the adjacent garden serves to maximise the green space and allows for the planting of trees and vegetables. The material used in this project is polypropylene, a type of recycled plastic which guarantees the correct lighting for the space.
