Yazemeenah Rossi is a model and she is 59 years old. Although her career began close on 30, the age when most professionals are retiring, it was only at 45 that Yasmina felt that her career took off. Yasmina told the ‘Sunday Times’ that she feels much happier with her appearance now than when she was 20. ‘My body is much more beautiful now and I feel much happier than I was then’. Yasmina believes that the secret to a healthy body and sound mind is exercise (in moderation) and the consumption of biological food. She massages her skin with olive oil and sugar weekly and avoids, whenever possible, taking medication. ‘To be one with nature rather than going against it’ is, in the long run, her secret.
