He has a flat fringe and glasses perched on his nose. Joshua Wong, who is 17 years old, is the youngest and one of the most influential leaders of the Hong Kong revolution, in part due to his fiery speeches and his keenness for confrontation. He started a group called Scholarism, rallied hundreds of thousands of secondary students to protest (successfully) against the project to introduce the subject of Patriotic Studies in the curriculum which he said is no more than Chinese propaganda.
